MusiCares and Faith Family Medical Clinic are partnering to provide a free health clinic to uninsured or underinsured music professionals in need. Services will include a comprehensive physical exam, blood and laboratory tests and/or an examination related to a specific medical issue.

These services will be provided free of charge to pre-screened, pre-approved applicants on a first-come first-served basis. Those wishing to take advantage of this service must be able to document their work in the music industry for at least five years or have credited contribution to six commercially released recordings or videos (singles).
