I just saw this on Craigslist this morning.... here was the posts title:

Is your Christian band looking to record? Low Budget? Let me help! $10!!

I am new to the area and have a studio setup. I have plenty of recording experience, but because I am new to the area, I am starting out only charging:

$10/hour!!!

I am looking to help out local christian bands who would like to record demos or an album. I have the capability to record live bands, and have a drumset w/cymbals, keyboard, basses...Programming is also an option (with you programming, me engineering)...

Shoot me an email and let me know what you are trying to do, your vision, and if you would like to book time/find out more info. My availability will be after 4:30pm on weekdays, and on Saturdays. Price includes me as engineer. Looking forward to hear from you!

Find out what he's paying for assistants. My January is al ittle thin as of now.
He's gotta be paying $3.50 to $7.50 an Hr.......... Of course that's in addition to his $20 an Hr.....
Well he figured working at Starbucks was getting a job at a record label. And he started out like everyone else; making coffee and scrubbing toilets!
Rolff, that is why you make the big bucks!
Keith are you trying to say Rolff makes the Star Bucks?
They sell records, make coffee and have restrooms, I'll bet there's a Digi 003 in the back room...........
Hey buddy, wait a minute, I have one of those in my back room...
Cased Closed!!!!
Yeah, but my drumset don't have cymbals and I don't even have a vocal booth and I don't advertise on Craigslist! and I book studio time in the big city, when I have a big project.... so there.
Now, now, lets not get out of hand, here........ Missing my point about Starbucks.......

Allthough it sounds like all you need is a Booth-a splash-a crash-a ride-a, oohmm pappa mou mou!!!!!!!! ;-)

By the way, are you not a Nuendo guy????
HAHA

I was smiling real big when I wrote that last one....

And I do like Nuendo, mixed several projects in it (and Cubase).

I own Cubase but not Nuendo. I'm thinking about adding Logic too for the Virtual Instruments.

I just prefer working in ProTools day to day.
He might want to try the new Cracker Barrel Label, they have food!
