Finally, an affordable touch control surface software using a tablet or iPad for Logic, Cubase and ProTools which works with Macs or PCs! Your thoughts?

Any idea who they are? How about we get them over here for a demo with a few of us? I'd be happy to host it at my place. Or even better, why don't we get them to host it over at Blackbird or Oceanway. Or another room where there's a decent amount of room for people to fit in the room. But let's make it an invitation only event. Specifically, you must own an iPad, must be a member of NMP (for sure), and you have to have commented on this thread for sure! (kinda joking). I'd use this app. I'm going to try the light version before committing to the $50 version. But my thought is, the way I have my workstation set up at my home studio, I have my keyboard set up in front of my console... oops, sorry, control surface (old habits are hard to break)... And unless a player brings their own keys, often I find myself having to pull up a stool to sit next to them while they are playing so I can control. I've used a wireless keyboard and trackpad on a laptop lap-desk to control from the couch before, but that isn't a great way to do it. I can do basic control that way, but I'm still far enough from the monitor to make it a challenge. I often have to get up, sit back down, etc... This app could make my life a lot easier by simply using my iPad 2 to do most the work, and sit comfortably on the guest couch in this scenario. I'd be thrilled to have someone who has it come demo it for me, if willing. Heck, I'd trade a little time for it even.
