I found the reader comments and attitudes to be most interesting regarding the recent strike of the Detroit Symphony.
I am not anti-union by any means, but neither do I think everything unions do are great. There is a lot of turmoil being reported right now about unions and union workers. We all have different ideas on what might be best and we all don't always agree, but I think it is good to hear all sides of issues so we can better understand how to work with and support each other better.
Life and commerce have never been a one-way street....

While I would love to support the DSO I have to remind myself that we all have to live within our means. I caught the end of a TV show last week that compared Detroit to Hiroshima .... Interesting.
