Josh would be more of a bass rather than a baritone. There are many good mics for such voices. A Neuman M49 or 249 is excellent, as is the AKG C12 and the Telefunkin 251. Gene Lawson has a clone of the 251 that is great! And then there are the ribbon mics, such as the RCA 44 and the RCA 77. Any of the above mics work great.
