Looking for work! I toured with Tim McGraw for the last 21 years. Played on several of his top 10 hits including "Live Like You Were Dyin'".  I have extensive experience on the road and in the studio. I am reliable and always on time. I have great gear and a great attitude and I love what I do.

I've been touring with Singer/Songwriter Sean McConnell as his bass player/IEM Engineer for 3 years. He is taking a writing break for the rest of the year and I am looking for some fill in work.

The past 3 years we have worked heavily in Texas as well as other markets. It's been a blast. I could have a gig in a heartbeat if I lived there, but I need to stay based in Nashville.

Hi everyone.

I have been a professional musician for over 16 years; creating, playing, writing, arranging, and engraving  music. As a bass player, I've learned to put the needs of the song and of my clients first; to create great music and relationships.

Bass, both electric and upright with extensive performance experience, both in studio and live, in jazz, rock, blues, country, latin, fusion and many other styles.

Highly skilled in music notation and editing practices; using Finale notation software.

Have arranged and written for a variety of ensembles from string quartets to full orchestras, big bands and vocal groups.

Hey, Fellow Studio Musicians!

Wanted to let you know about a small book that I've written called Diamond on the 1: your guide to the Nashville Number System. It's only $7.95. The book is short, to the point, and small enough to fit in your gig bag.

I realize that many of you are already pros at the Number System, but if you're new to town or just starting your studio journey, this book will get you up to speed fast. (I also know that many of you teach. This is great for students). Check it out at

My Best to You,

Jonathan Riggs

I have lived in Nashville for 20 yrs. and I have been working for Jeff Bates as road manager and drummer for the last 7 years. During this time, many Opry apperances, plus drummer for the Rockin Road House show with Mark Chesnutt, Tracy Lawrence, Joe Diffie. Going on back... The Memphis Allstars: Featuring The Memphis Horns...before that, Baillie and the Boys. Prior to that, 2 years drumming for a touring Broadway show out of NYC...and previous to that, many club gigs in 49 states. You guessed it, not Hawaii. And before that, I was 10 when I started playing professionally. Ready for the next big gig! or 615-406-1274

Hi there,

I am a singer/songwriter from the Memphis area but I have lived in Nashville for about 10 years. I have sang with alot of R/B-pop cover bands and done demos for a good bit of country writers. A brief venture into country music with a development deal at Bluewater but now have been out on my own towards more of what comes out naturally. Please message me if you need lead or bgvs on your demos, need a backup singer for anything- very versatile and easy to work with:)
