Hey all,
I just bought an ultrasonic bath to de-gunk my Neve V3. I'm doing a massive re-cap and upgrade to all 60 channel strips (also bought a Hakko de-soldering station...hehehe) so I want to clean and de-flux the modules while they are apart.
In the 80's I spent a lot of time bathing the patchbay modules of the TSM at Record Plant NY, but haven't dipped too many pcbs.
Thoughts, tips? 50% Isopropal, 50% water is what I was planning. Ideas on drying afterward?
Let me know what you do!
