during a pro tools session the memory location list disappeared. It's selected in the windows menu. Control 5 doesn't work. It's only on this session. Any ideas?

Greetings from Upper Dogpatch, Al, really good to hear from ya! Man, Bourbon Street is getting a new partner, and I believe the change will really be a welcome one. The previous owner almost sank his own ship. The holdup is waiting for the state to get off it's ass and process the @#$&% liquor licence. They, of course, could care less if the place remains closed for a lot longer than need be. Any day now. Meanwhile, doing a gig w/ Steve Cropper in Atlanta. This'll be cool. But no B-3 on the backline... boo!

Really Al, I'm delighted that you made it down to the alley on tuesday nite... what a cool, soulful contribution to the evening you made. For real, great playing and fabulous singing, nothing but the best. I can tell you that everybody there was lovin' it, too. It's a pleasure to know you, and I hope you feel welcome, and right at home at the hang. Tawk to ya later!

So close but so far out! :) The place I had that gig is no more. I miss it. I have a love-hate relationship with that kind of gig - the lamp gig I call it - where I function sometimes as nothing more than an animated part of the decor. But there are divine moments in them too. Kinda like life I guess.

Anyway - we'll all have to get together. My soon-to-be hubby is a bass player. We could form some weird double keyboard lotsa singing quartet...

Hi Al -

Welcome to Nashville! I met you a few years ago at Mercy Lounge when you were here with Bettye - GREAT show. Sorry I missed you at the shindig the other night. Would love to meet your wife and your mutt-weiler. (Love that!) Maybe we can play together sometime. Hope all is well for you!

Thanks Al, I would really enjoy meeting you. Let me know when you will be playing locally. And if you have a horn section playing your charts all the better!
