About Me:: My name is Courtney Beaton, I am a singer and I recently moved to Nashville 2 years ago to pursue my dream to become a recording artist. I am originally from Syracuse, NY where I was the lead singer of a band called Courtney & Quintessence for 8 years. We performed mostly around central NY and a few venues in PA as well. The type of music we played was a variety of genres, such as Pop, Country, Jazz, R&B, oldies and originals, as well as latin songs that I sang in Spanish. I currently sing in both English and Spanish and am open to singing anything. I also song write as well. They wrote all the songs and did all the tracking in Austin. Afterwards, flew me down to finish some tracking and we mixed straight through for 2 weeks.
