- I was a Marine Scout Sniper. I spent 19 months in Iraq. It was there that I would write songs in my head to keep me awake on missions. I moved to Nashville on Oct 27th of 2011. I went to USMC boot camp on the same date in 2003. I'm letting Music City tear me down and develop me into the best songwriter a person can possibly be.
