Hey Dave,
I wonder if we are related?? haha
Dark horse is one of my favorite studios. I love the lodge. It's been a while since I've worked down there but hope to see you there soon.

Thanks! I appreciate the compliment. Next time you're tracking an instrument and vocal at the same time, let me know, and I'll swing over to help out if you want. It's been A LONG time since i did that, but I could probably reconstruct it. It's just a matter of not fearing phase, I think. EMBRACE THE PHASE! LOL.

Listening to it in the car just now, I actually hear the phase in it, but it also has too much low end in the mix. May have just been the sound of the guitar, and me trying to overcompensate for the lack of a low end instrument in there. I'm well aware that I'm far from perfect at this engineering thing, or any other thing for that matter! I'm glad you had me dig that out. It was nice to listen to. I love the artist behind it. No idea what happened to him.

For what it's worth, I put them both up on my NMP Page. They are the last two songs on the playlist. "Flowers" and "I Feel Cold Today."

You won't believe it! I found it. I have at least two of the recordings. How would you like me to get them to you?

I'm converting them from wav's from my old dat files over to MP3 as we speak. Hope it's worthwhile. It was A LONG time ago.

Thanks Dave. When I first came to town a year ago I attempted to lease a room there. It is a beautiful place, but I think I need to be closer to Nashville.
