- That's a nice setup you have Dennis. The Mackie 8 bus is actually one of the items on our course agenda here at the SAE. I use a modded FW-1884 as my front end with an FMR pre. Had a friend of mine drop in some LME opamps. Not quite an eight bus..but it does the trick! I'm really enjoying the tremendous amount of folks here in Nashville that are into these kinds of things. Makes me feel more at home! Now if only I could convince the Mrs.....
