"These are all great tips guys (and gals)! Thanks for sharing! I check my mixes in a mono a lot and I love to go out in the hallway or other room to check. It really helps me put the vocal level in perspective. An engineer told me once: "Mono…"

Hey there Emily, thanks for being a friend. I saw where you had attended one of the Indie Connect meetings, Vinny and Connie do a great job with that, don't they? I am about 4 hours from Nashville, I do my best to come over once a month and generally try to hang around om Mondays to hit one of their meetings.

Glad to see all that you are into, you can never gain to much knowledge. I worked for years in radio and the technology changes that I saw were unbelievable.

Well, I leave on Friday morning to play at a festival in Ivanhoe, VA. No, there is absolutely nothing in Ivanhoe...other than this fest.

Stay in touch,

PJ
