About Me:: 45 years experience in all aspects of pro audio recording and production, and acoustic design. I now operate a CD mastering studio and overdub/mix room in a log house in the Williamson County woods. Partnered with young'un engineer Joseph Logsdon and his ProTools rig. He also helps the old man with the keyboard shortcuts. PT HD3, SADiE, Samplitude, and others. With my consultant hat on, I specialize in small room acoustics and control rooms, especially home project studios. Website is not up to date. Audio Engineer for Orchestra Nashville. AES member since 1968, My earlier experiences include lacquer disk mastering, 35 and 16mm film mixing, kinescope creation, serious remote audio recording with 40' semi-rig now owned by David Habegger of Watermark. . Did major jingles in the Chicago market in the early 80s. Got some stuff to hang on the walls. I still miss 3M-996 and my MTR-90s, but now do most things in the box. Too many takes, too many edits, too many tools, too many plugins. Too few singers and musicians! And I really miss live rhythm sections. (Larrie Londin, David Hungate, Shane Keister, Reggie Young, Farrell Morris, David Huntsinger, Vic Clay, Terry McMillan) Some are still here; some are over there.
