- I am a very experienced professional drummer who plays all styles from pop, rock, country, funk, fusion, big band,fusion to Mayan doom metal. I can play with or around the click (straight or greasy :-) I studied at North Texas State University and am an excellent reader. I have been a studio musician on major label pop and blues albums. I was a staff drummer at Muscle Shoals Sound in the nineties and I have been the drummer for Poco since 004. I am interested in playing good music with good musicians in town, on the road and in the studio.I just recently moved back to Nashville. While here during the nineties I specialized as a pinch hitter, subbing for major artists' drummers at the last minute with no rehearsal - perfect performance guaranteed.
