An article about my new job, and new business/work home. Hope to see everyone stop by in 2-3 weeks, when the new room is done.

HI Glen,
Well, after 20+ years of being involved in the Nashville music scene, I am now singing in a gospel quartet (www.southernsoundquartet.com) and doing a little recording, arranging and producing on my in-home Pro Tools rig. (me and everyone else on the planet). Milsap calls once a year or so and says we are getting the old crew back together, but its a pipe dream...ain't gonna happen. I am the Southeastern rep for Audio Precision test instruments as well, which I have been doing since 1989. Whew! A lot of water under the bridge. Great to hear from you....would love to meet up for lunch one day soon. Maybe get you to master a project for me....like old times!!!!
Hey Glen! I remember those days so well! Man, the music was great, wasn't it? I love r'n'b. Do you ever hear anything about any of those artists? Loleata Holloway, Dorothy Norwood and Joe Hinton were some great acts. You have golden ears my friend. Keep on whippin' it!
Peace, Kim
Glenn,
Great to hear from you as well. Congrats on your son that's majoring in vocal performance. Glad to know you're still 'mastering' the controls for some of our music. Linda sends her best!
Glenn Meadows....you hound dog you!!! How the heck are ya??? Last time I laid eyes on you was when Tracking Room opened up.....how you been my friend. You still have some of the best pair of ears in the biz!!! I miss ya.....Troll (Bill Tullis) and I both miss ya. How is life???? Merry Christmas to you and your family.....call me and let's catch up! 410-998-9411
Hey Glenn - Not only does your face look very familiar, but I'm thinking we met years ago here in Nashville. I started calling Nashville home only recently, but I was one of the founding members at Mark Levinson Audio Systems [along with good friends Ted Jensen who now owns Sterling, Doug Beard, now down here with Audio Dev and Fred Layn, formerly with Studer.
If you ever come across a JC2 or LNP2 preamp chances are you'll find one of our names scrawled on the mother board. Anyway, I used to make trips down here to familiarize the pro biz with the products and we probably met then. Good to see you're still in the game making good music.

Yes, I've seen that. I DON'T have much hope for the group/label to make changes though.

Glenn,
Check out this story about what fans discovered about Metallica's new CD. The just released Guitar Hero version sounds better than the CD. It's 10 dB softer. Less limiting, less distortion.
Nashville keyboardist Michael Whittaker will be performing with extraordinary musicians: Marcus Finnie - drums, Adam Nitti - bass, Tom Hemby - guitar, Mark Dauthit - sax, and special vocal guest Joey Richey. Michael's music is a high energy fusion o…
