I was born and raised in southern Kansas. I began playing drums in 8th Grade because they looked like fun and they STILL ARE. After that, I began studying jazz along with other styles and proceeded to play on scholarship at Butler County CC. I then moved to Lawrence, KS and became a Jayhawk studying petroleum engineering. While I was finishing my final semester, a childhood friend by the name of Logan Mize called and asked if I would come play drums for him. As young as I am, I could not resist. I packed my things and moved to Nashville. Since then, I have been on the road and playing in and around Nashville and get to record for the first time in a major studio this July and I couldn't be more excited. Making a living playing music with your friends is the best job in the world.
