Johnny Lovett is more than just your typical singer that stands behind a guitar and microphone stand. He's an entertainer. A showman in every sense of the word and quite possibly one of the best performing today... Seeing is believing...

His music and performances have created a loyal following and his natural charisma and stage presence keeps an audience captivated.

From the first time he performed before a live audience in a Nashville talent showcase at the age of eight, Johnny knew the stage is where he belonged. By age eleven he had his first band and was performing at many small nightspots in and around his hometown of Texarkana, Texas. Only so much can happen in small towns so his mother and he headed to Dallas in hopes of furthering his career. Lovett quickly started making a name for himself around the D/FW area as the little kid wit the big voice. He began performing everywhere from Texas honkytonks to hotel showrooms and even as far as the halftime show at Texas Stadium.

After many years singing cover-tunes Johnny decided it was time to pursue his true passion of doing his own music and in 2004 he did just that. Lovett was invited by Willie Nelson to to be a part of his annual "Fourth of July Picnic". In 2005 Johnny would again perform with the "Texas Legend" in a show benefiting the victims of "Hurricane Katrina". The show was broadcast on "XM Radio" live nationwide and was a great opportunity for the release of his first single, "Three Feet Tall"...

In 2007 Johnny's self titled album was released through Cryen' Eyes Recordings. Johnny was with the small indie label until its demise but was quickly picked up by Nashville's Firebowl Records in 2011. A new album project is in the works for this year.

Country Music Television(CMT) has recognized the artist and has graced him with his own artist page on their website, at CMT.com. "It is truly an honor to be noticed by CMT and listed among the top names in country music. "I don't do this to be glorified by people or only for myself. I do this for fans who love country music. The fans make me what I am. Without them, I'd be nothing"...

Through the years Johnny has had the privilege of performing with or opening for many prestigious entertainers in the business. "Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame" guitarist "James Burton" was quoted saying, "Johnny is a great entertainer"... Johnny has worked with or opened for Travis Tritt, Willie Nelson, Clay Walker, Billy Currington, James Burton, Merle Haggard, Noel Haggard, No Justice, Los Lonely Boys, Josh Turner, Pat Green, Ray Price, Joe Nichols, Wynonna, Eli Young Band, David Allen Coe, Loretta Lynn, The Bellamy Brothers and The Bart Crow Band. To name a few...
