Obviously you made it home OK from Music City Roots in the snowstorm. Hard to believe that was February. Seems like yesterday. Sorry to have been out of touch Johnny. Thank God for NMP!
Johnny, thank you ever so much for stopping by yesterday evening. I, and everybody else in the dern place, totally appreciate you bringing your musical expertise, as well as your fine and congenial vibe, into the mix. And hey, not to mention: The Hat. Did I mention The Hat? Seriously, it's a pleasure to know ya, and I'm looking forward to playing some unsanitary blues witchooze in the immediate future. Stay cool!
Dewd! I wondered where you were, and I figured... well, I blamed myself. Actually, it was a great jam once again. And such a cool vibe to boot, I'm so digging these tuesday nights at Bourbon Street. Among others, Shaun Murphy with Little Feat came down and sang, and woohoo, she totally tore the house a new one. Stay groovy, see ya soon bud!
Ha! Yes, there's nothing quite like a good huffa-puffa on the organ, I always say. And hey, it's just that much better if there's a B-3 somewhere in the room. Hey man, thanks so much for coming down and hanging with all of us on tuesday nights. It seems like a community of like-minded players is starting to develop down there, and I'm lovin' it. Totally an everybody wins situation. I'd also love to be on keys witchoo next time. Where are all these groovin' organists coming from? Stay cool!
Dude You sounded great, sang your butt off. Wish I could have played with you....maybe next time. Please come out again, always nice to have good players sit in
