Yes, that was a whole other time. The last couple of projects I've done have been on Alesis Hard Disc recorders-and I can't remember the last time I had to punch in like that. I'm so used to cut and paste these days. I do miss the "musician's musician" cachet of being able to cut the whole rhythm tracks live to 2 track-felt like I was at Motown or something....Ha!
Unbelievably...I have been here 27 years. And I've known you for every chicken-pickin one of them! You're awesome, both on and off the record(s). Keep your fingers crossed for Hillary, they're up for 2 Grammy's this Sunday!
Yes, Mike, I am writing a lot. Got a Christian contemporary project and an alt. rock project I'm working on. I've tried to get you for things from time to time, but haven't been able to. Hope to be able to work together this year on something- actually because you are incredible!
Hey Mike! I've never heard Opie Taylor play guitar but I'm sure it's nowhere near as good as your tone. However, if you want me to I'll get to work on that "Opie-Drive" pedal right away! It's great to see you on NMP.
