It's funny you should mention CRS, as I just asked someone to see if they could find me a guest pass for at least one good night of fun. I haven't attended CRS since the Opryland Hotel days, but I never missed it when I was there working. My favorite part was making rounds in the suites/rooms after the showcases, but of course the "big" night was also great. Is it still as fun as it used to be? I would love to meet up with you for one of the nights if you can get your hands on an extra pass or smuggle me in. :) If not, I'd still love to get together whenever you can. I remember when all this happened & it was very sad. So do you ever come to Muscle Shoals? I've been going back & forth to N'ville a lot lately. I was there Wednesday writing w/an artist & will probably be there Friday for some meetings. I'm still a songplugger at heart & miss it very much, but I'm focusing on the writing this time around. Looks like I may have a few cuts in the works now, but I'd really LOVE to work with a publishing family, so let me know if you have any ideas of where to start. So many things have changed since I worked there. Will be moving back when I sell my house & I'm sure we'll cross paths. Take care!
