I started my recording career at Bluejay Studios, a world class facility located outside of Boston. At Bluejay I began assisting on sessions eventually working up to engineering and mixing.
I moved to New York City in 1987 and became a staff engineer at Electric Lady and then The Hit Factory. While at The Hit Factory I worked primarily with Tom and Chris Lord Alge. I eventually had enough clients to become an independent engineer.
In 1989 I moved to Nashville where I continued working as an independent producer and engineer for the next eight years. My clients ranged from Americana, rock/pop as well as artists from Europe and Japan.
In 1998 I moved to Miami Beach and made my home base at Compass Point Studios, Nassau, Bahamas until in 2001 when I moved to Australia. In 2010 I again made Nashville my home where I continue to record with artists from all around the world.
