Profile Information

Touring/ Recording Drummer
About Me:
I Just finished a 3 mon. US tour; I am always looking for Artists to perform/record with!

Growing up in a small town in South Dakota I was surround by music and my love for playing stems from musical family roots: my Grandfather played the fiddle, mandolin, and harmonica with his brother who was a singer/guitarist at barn dances, my Father also played the harmonica, my Grandmother played a killer organ and accordion ("Everybody Polka!"), my Uncle was a singer/guitarist in a band, my Great Uncle was a recording Country Artist/songwriter/guitarist, and my Great, Great Aunt was the legendary Patsy Cline.........but I was born after she passed......"CRAP!"

I moved to Nashville from Los Angeles after a fateful meeting with Patty Loveless on a plane. I have either played, toured or recorded with Sarah Jahn, Lyngo, Alisa Girard, Travis LeDoyt, The Waiting, LaRue, Jon Fulton, Zack Robbins & Rollin' Thunder, Samantha Madison & WildCard, and WILDCARD playing for crowds of 10 people to 250,000+ and everything in between. I have also done some opening theme songs for a couple nationally syndicated tv shows and radio commercials/ jingles.

Louis Armstrong Jazz Award, Ensembles, Percussion, and Madrigal Award, South Dakota All-State Jazz Award, South Dakota State University, Music Tech Minneapolis MN, Musicians Institute Hollywood, CA.

My friend Boo Boo McAfee started a speed competetion so I enterted the contest as a favor and ten years later certified by the WFD (Battle of the Feet) I am still the 56th fastest drummer in the world.

I am thankfully endorsed by Paiste Cymbals, Axis Percussion Pedals, dw Drums, and Electro-Voice.

Thanks for connecting to me Steve. I am always glad to be connected to anyone in the industry. I am really just getting started with writing country but I have been a Christian Recording Artist since 1996.  I am eager to leave the day job and do music for a living. I can sing some mean back-up vocals If you ever need a strong singer that can sing most harmony parts. God bless & hope to profesionally see you around town sometime.

Thanks for the request Steve. Always glad to find new friends in this town. I'm an audio engineer currently between jobs & looking for live sound gigs. I'm also co writing and working on guitar - (not there yet!) I do mixing & mastering for the indie community as well. It's tough but I love it!

All the best,

Hey man thanks for the invite.  Working with Gary Hannan on my new CD and hopefully get out to promote it early next year.  You can never know enough drummers!
