- Played piano for 17 years with "The Shuffler Family" I was offered a job full time with "Mike Speck". I did not accept because my two boys were growing up too fast so I decided to stay home and be a dad. I am working on a Scottish Celtic cd right now with Alex Beatons music playing the Violin and strings on the keyboard. Other than this I don't play much anymore. George Shuffler is now 86 and inducted in the Bluegrass Hall of Fame. I am proud to have been a part of his music
