What a long strange trip it has been indeed. We hit the road last week leaving out of Nashville flying into Reno to do a show in Yerington, NV to open up for "Mr. Hanna Montana" who is a very nice man but I dont think He knew we are a rock band that plays a few ballads but, its all good. We always bring the fire wherever we are and try to set the house to flames and do a fine job of it if I do say so myself, yes , WE ROCK!!!
So after the show we had to race, and I do mean race back to Reno to catch a flight to KC to meet the bus to take us out for the rest of this leg. Well,,,,,, they send us an MCI. I wish they would have kicked me in the knee for it would of hurt much less. What can I say,, I'm a Prevost man myself. So we get on the bus and get to the gig in KC and the generator goes down which of coarse means no a/c, no tv, no nothing. So our bus driver (bless his heart) is doing everything in his power to fix the situation but with no luck at all. So we ride in to Nebraska where a man is going to meet us to fix said problem and he does for a while. And then today pulling into Salt Lake with a puff of smoke and a whimper it goes down again and is still down with three more shows and 5500 miles to go before returning home.
And as we hunker down here in SLC I realize I'm in love with the world and there is no better way of life. I truly love what is I do and would not change it for the world. So in seventy two hours there has been three shows,,, two planes,,, one van,,,, ZERO SHOWERS,,,, PRICELESS!!! Keep rockin' wherever you may be.
