WOW!!! Jim Amazing sounds, it is funny that I seen this blog because I was just setting here thinking the same thing listening to your music...I do a ton of Orchestrations for a living but nothing and I mean nothing like you do...I just feel honored that you would put these songs up for me to listen too...Fantastic Sounds and Superb Writing...Very motivating...How much you charge me to be a "Fly on the wall" during one of your creations...John Williams, Hans Zimmer and now you man...I'm a life long fan now as if you could not tell...To Your Success...

We'll have to motivate each other 'cause I've just started some of my own stuff as well! I'll let you know how it goes,...a wide range of ideas actually. What kind of stuff are you wanting to work on?
You know I promised myself that I would always pursue that side as well as being a "serviceman" to the industry. It's hard to let a lot of things get in the way, and I'm happy top say that I've had a great run in the last 5yrs of being here in London. I think it's just important to make a priority out of creating as well -I've got a lot of ideas that have been on hold for the last couple of years and it's time to flesh them out...don't want to just be a musical pump attendant! I wish you the best Jim...always good bumping into you!

You know, Julian, you and I share a love of much of the same stuff. I will never forget working with you & Micah Wilshire years ago ('99 I think?) and being awed that someone else had the same eclectic tastes I did... I think we're both students of the same sonic experiences.

So what kind of stuff are you working on these days? I'm hoping to finally turn my attention to creating something of my own this coming year. It will certainly be a grand experiment!
