Yes, not as much as I used to but that may be changing. Life changes have given me the opportunity to look into playing more. Gotta get my real kit refurbished from water damage but I have a Roland electronic kit that I have played for a while. I do a country show every August that I have been the band leader for 12 years. It lets me feel like a real musician again, at least for a month or so. My day gig is working for Sharpie. I am the project manager in the IT department. If you ever need any Sharpies, let me know! Talk to you soon.
Thanks Dave. The feeling is mutual. I enjoyed it a heap. It was fun to play with you again, also. I often play songs even better the second time I play them!!!
Perhaps we'll get a chance and everyone on this social mecca will come to see us next time! Give my best to Carolyn. She sounded great too.
I'm working my ass off so I'll be able to look forward to it! I'll let you know!

Hi Dave,
I got this month's copy of Recording magazine and I am very pleased with the article you wrote about the session when I played bass on Garth Brooks' "Friends In Low Places". I was flattered and honored that you would think of me and do the piece.
Thanks again,
Mike Chapman

Doing fine, thank you. You know, since I'm my own worst critic, I'm almost happy! : )
How are you?
You and your lovely wife were so great last night. The whole band rocked and I hope you do it again soon.
Blessings,
