For those of you who don't know these famous quotes from Dave Martin,
1. "the only difference between us and the girls on Dickerson Rd. is that there are some things they won't do for money"............ and the engineer's creed:
2. "This should work".
Dave Martin, ladies and gentlemen. He'll be here all week (and much longer, we hope).
I would love one. That was definately a first for me!

Hey Dave! I heard y'all on Studio C. Miss Caroline and her golden vocals. So good. I loved it.You guys sounded so great. We're starting a new project for me. Ronnie and I have been writing on the songs for about 2 1/2 years. The first song we're tracking is the one we wrote with Vickie. I'll email it to you when we get something far enough along to send you. I'm so proud of these songs...they are some of the very best I've ever been a part of. Love and big hugs to you and Miss C from Ronnie and me.
Peace, Kim

I created a survey - an anonymous one - for men in the audio recording industry, and wanted to invite you to participate (if you feel so inclined).
It is for any/all MEN in the industry - a quick 10-question survey - for statistical and industry research.
If interested, cut and paste the following link into a browser window:

It is of the utmost importance that you be honest - brutally honest, if need be, when taking this survey - and remember, it is anonymous. Say was you think and feel!
Thanks for your participation and rock on!
Sincerely,
Jill Kares
P.S. Please feel free to pass this on to any male in the industry. The more that take this survey, the more data we have to work with.
She probably would if she could, but SHE hasn't heard the finished thing yet! It's kind of a comination of Sarah Mc Laughlin(sp?) and Bonnie Raitt. I need to get with her and show her what we came up with musically. I'm cutting it as a part of my new project on myself.
xoxoxo
Hey you wild man! I sure do think of you and Miss Carolyn often! I know y'all are doin' great...the word's out!!!! I miss you guys. Please tell your sweet wife hello and give her a big hug for me!
Peace and love,
KIm...PS You need to hear the song Ronnie and I wrote with Vikcie Carrico!
Hi Dave,
good to see you on NMP.
Nice looking studio!!
My studio is still a 'project studio" But if I ever need to track live, I'll contact you.
Best,
Rich
Well, if we can't find some client willing to fork it out for a real percussionist, you'll at least need to come and hang out one day and let me show you the place - there's always coffee on, and I've got Martin Parker's old congas ready for you to play!
Likewise at my studio Dave...I'l love to do the wav. thing with you sometime though...saves on gas!!! hahaha tr..p.s. the "flying saucer" has been renamed by Kira /Small...."the skillet".....
