Doug, You were one of the first musicians I met when I moved to TN in '71. Remember loaning me your Leslie and combo preamp to play my guitar through at that big outdoor gig with Ken? I guess I was born a kooky guitar player; could never be satisfied with just a Tele and a Twin; had to be always trying weird stuff. Anyway, glad to hear your gig is going well. It's clear now that my store was kind of a year round social gathering of musicians as much as a place to get gear. When I come to town now I'd like to see everyone, but where are they?
Hello Doug, Your welcone and thank you. Which song were you talking about? I sing every Tuesday evening from 8:00 to 10:00 pm at the Fiddle and Steel Guitar Bar in Printer's Alley,
Been a long time since the "clean van" on the East of Eden East Coast Deadhead Tour (NYC to Panama City in 25 hours-why and how did we do that?!?). Hope all is well with you and yours and your staying busy these days. Let's catch up...
